Wedding Wisdom Wednesday-The Orion Ballroom Open House

On January 26th 2012 I will be hosting my first Open House as the new Special Events Manager. I am really excited to get some new vendors in here and have people see the space looking like they have never seen it before.

I really wanted to work with a fun theme that would really showcase the venue! I was inspired by the month and a few photos, none of which are at The Orion (see below). A Winter Wonderland Wedding is very romantic and timeless for any December, January, or February brides and since most couples are booking about a year in advance, I am hoping to hook some clients with this amazing theme at this amazing event facility!

The best way to pick a theme is to google weddings in colors you like. Once you find a photo that has items you desire at your own event, you just kind of have to run with it! The sky is the limit. So much can be DIY or found through local event designers! Good Luck!
